Khaleej Oud beauty’s first priority is the safety, health and well-being of customers, employees and partners. Safety measures have been implemented to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders are experiencing shipping delays. We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible, all orders are required adult signature and are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekend.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once you submit your www.kaleejoud.com order, we are unable to make cancellations or changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please or Contact Us with your name and order number, and a Customer Care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

Oils, Oud Chips and essence, Gift boxes are not returnable nor exchangeable.
Perfumes purchased through the Khaleej Oud website are exchangeable or returnable as long as they are sealed within their original packaging, and are in the same condition received. All requests for an exchange or return must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. Arabian Oud is not responsible for any return shipping expenses due to buyer’s remorse returns, such as changed of mind, undelivered address or ordered by mistake. We do not return or exchange an item that was bought in another country. All returns and exchanges will have to be processed in the same country the purchase was made.

We reserve the right not to sell to resellers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, and or to limit quantities of any order, without giving any reason. If your order is canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order. You will be refunded if your order is canceled before being shipped.
